Bouquet Packing Instructions
Click

- It is best to ship your
bouquet Overnight Express, as soon as possible. I need your bouquet
within 3-5 days of your wedding. Designate a friend or family member to take
care of the shipping for you, especially if you are going to be gone on your
honeymoon.
- Do not spray your bouquet
with water. If the flowers are stuck in foam, you can add some water to the
foam, let it sink in, and then pour off the excess.
- Store your bouquet in the
refrigerator (about 45 degrees) until you are ready to ship. DO NOT STORE IT IN
THE FREEZER.
- Wrap the bouquet in paper
towels or white tissue paper, very carefully.
- Label each item, ie:
mother's corsage, etc.
- Place the wrapped bouquet
in a box that is larger than the bouquet. (Styrofoam cooler is best) and pack a
lot of crumpled newspaper or white tissue paper all around the flowers to ensure that
they do not bounce around in shipment.
- Complete the Order
Form and enclose a $50.00 deposit. Once I
begin your order, this deposit is not refundable.
- Contact me to let me know
your bouquet is coming, so that I will make sure I am here to receive it. I will
be in touch as soon as I receive your flowers to let you know the condition they
arrived in.
- Now RELAX! In about 2-3
weeks, when the flowers are pressed and dry, I will be in touch to talk about
your choice of design, frame, background color. To

- The balance will be due
upon completion of the art.
