Bouquet Packing Instructions
· It is best to ship your bouquet Overnight Express, as soon as possible. I need
your bouquet within 3-
· Designate a friend or family member to take care of the shipping for you, especially if you are going to be gone on your honeymoon. (Print these instructions out for them)
· Do not spray your bouquet with water. If the flowers are stuck in foam, you can add some water to the foam, let it sink in, and then pour off the excess.
· Store your bouquet in the refrigerator (about 45 degrees) until you are ready to ship. DO NOT STORE IT IN THE FREEZER.
· For bare-
· Wrap the bouquet in dry paper towels or white tissue paper, very carefully.
· Place the wrapped bouquet in a box that is larger than the bouquet. (Styrofoam cooler is best) and pack a lot of crumpled newspaper or tissue paper all around the flowers to ensure that they do not bounce around in shipment.
· Enclose your completed order form and a $50.00 deposit. Once I begin your order, this deposit is not refundable.
· Do NOT indicate that I must sign for the box when it is delivered, so that if I miss the delivery by 5 minutes, your box won’t go all the way back to the warehouse for another day or more.
· Contact me to let me know your bouquet is coming, so that I will be here to receive it. I will be in touch as soon as I receive your flowers to let you know the condition they arrived in.
· Although I have bouquets arrive in good condition from all over the U.S., Annie Fentz and Pressed Garden are not responsible for the condition of the bouquet before it arrives.
· The balance owed will be due upon completion of the art.
· Now RELAX! In about 2-
